Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

This Returns & Exchange Policy applies to all clothing products purchased from Wear N Wow within India. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving their order. Requests made after the 2‑day window will not be eligible.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the clothing item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is in the same condition as delivered

  • Unworn and unused

  • All original tags are intact

  • Original packaging is preserved

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, customers must email: admin@wearnwow.in

Upon approval:

  • Our team will schedule a pickup from your location

  • You will receive pickup instructions, including packaging guidelines

No return shipping label or return address is required. Items handed over without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must notify us immediately upon delivery at admin@wearnwow.in. We will inspect the issue and take appropriate action.


5. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following clothing items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear

  • Lingerie

  • Socks

  • Items marked as “Sale”

  • Gift cards

Additionally, items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing tags/packaging are strictly non‑returnable.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges follow a simple process:

  1. Request a return within 2 days

  2. Our team picks up the item

  3. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item

Exchanges are treated as a fresh purchase.


7. Refunds

After pickup and inspection, customers will be notified whether the return is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund has not been received, contact us at admin@wearnwow.in.


8. Important Notes

  • Items must be securely packed for pickup

  • Items handed over without approval will not be processed

  • Wear N Wow reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
